Hats for Charity

I made these hats for a charity. This is the first time I have made hats and I had so much fun I couldn't stop! I just kept going and going... just like the Energizer batteries!

I also learned a new stitch. The reverse single crochet! I have always been afraid of that stitch for some reason. I found myself fascinated with it and wanting to keep doing the stitch. I will definitely do more with the reverse single crochet.

  3. Thanks, Leslie. It is fun to learn a new skill, especially one that I have been avoiding because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do it. I was pleasantly surprised!

  5. I found it was easier for me to crochet these hats then it was to do them on the round loom.

  6. I love the colors! They remind me of Coolspun Cotton colorways...what kind of yarn did you really use?

  7. I used Peaches and Cream 100% cotton yarn. Close guess! I have a hard time not picking up more and more colors every time I go to the store, lol!
